ICF stands for Insulated Concrete Form. Instead of traditional wood forms that are removed after the concrete cures, ICF uses interlocking foam blocks that stay in place permanently — creating a wall that is concrete on the inside and insulated foam on both sides. The result is a foundation and wall system that is stronger, quieter, and far more energy-efficient than conventional construction.
